NHS Pricing
Band 1: £18.50 | Band 2: £50.50 | Band 3: £219
Depending on the Treatment Band, you pay one of the following three charges:
Band 1:
This covers an examination, diagnosis (eg: x-rays), advice on how to prevent future problems, and a scale and polish if needed. Urgent treatment when you need to see a dentist immediately also costs £18.50.
OR
Band 2:
This covers everything listed in Band 1, above, plus any further treatment such as fillings, root canal work or if your dentist needs to take out one or more of your teeth.
OR
Band 3:
This covers everything listed in Bands 1 and 2 above, plus crowns and dentures. These are the only dental charges your dentist should ask you to pay when you are having NHS treatment and it should be noted that there is limitations on what crown and denture work can be done on the NHS.
Private Prices
It is difficult to be accurate on the cost of Private Treatment because the time a procedure takes and the materials we use will vary from one patient to another.
Before starting on any treatment, we will explain and discuss the range of options open to you, and help you decide which is best suited to you, your lifestyle and your budget. Based on your decision, we will then provide you with a full quotation in advance, ensuring there are no surprises when you receive your final bill. If you have any questions about our fees, please feel free to ask - we are happy to help.
